Add your own instructions
AI processing is not always flawless, but its power and reliability are now such that output quality is high. Combined with the option to add extra instructions through the AI prompt, this almost always delivers the desired result.
You can record, for example, that the principal is always in box 16. Reprocessing the document immediately shows whether the instruction works.

Playground and your own templates
Fine-tuning happens in a separate playground environment. You test with documents by simply dragging them into the portal: the document on one side of the screen, the extracted order on the other — as an order view or as a data file.
Once the extra instructions give the desired result, they are stored in a document template. From then on the solution recognises orders of that template and passes the stored instructions to the model automatically.
All information in one structured file
The model recognises more than addresses, dates and times, goods and instructions. It also processes specific information and translates it into the required data fields.
UN number, class, packing group, technical name and tunnel code are recognised and passed to the TMS as separate fields.
From an order with a trip rate and a fuel surcharge, the model calculates the total price and delivers it as an amount with currency.
